Along the way, I learned a LOT about what makes for a great “on the road” experience — from booking and check-in, to hospitality and customer service.”
I also found that once I got home, I wanted nothing more than to head for the beach where I could finally decompress and relax. There’s just something about ocean waves and the surf crashing onto a sandy beach tinted by a setting sun. It calms the mind. I began to think about creating a “home away” experience for people who could enjoy all the perks of being away while staying in a homey setting close to a beach.
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., as that gives us time to have the condo thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Check-out is 10:00 a.m., as that gives us time for the cleaning staff to thoroughly cleaned after your departure for the next guest.
While we love pets, our condos are kept pet-free to protect the comfort of every traveler who stays with us throughout the year. Our commitment to maintaining a high standard for guests with allergies, we are unable to host pets. We are, however, fully compliant with ADA guidelines regarding service animals assisting guests with disabilities.
The condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people comfortably.
The full balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Once I receive the rental balance I will email you the Vacationer’s Welcome package. This contains all the information and access codes for accessing the unit.

Please make sure you wash all dirty dishes. The unit is equipped with a dishwasher make sure you at least start the washing cycle.
Take all the garbage in the condo to the trash receptacles.
Strip the beds sheets and start the wash.
Gather used towels together and leave in tub/showers.
Turn thermostat down to 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
Make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked.
Check the unit for forgotten personal items. The most common places where people forget items are drawers, closets, electronics plugged to outlets (such as chargers, personal videogames etc)
Turn off all lights.
Then lock the unit.
The unit is stocked with fresh sheets, towels and extra blankets
The kitchen has all the basic cooking equipment (i.e. pots, pans, dishes, utensils and glassware).
The condo does have a couple of beach chairs and umbrella. It does not have beach toys you will need to bring your own.
Your safety is paramount. New enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures in accordance with the Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines have been put in place. All high contact areas (door knobs, light switches, toilet levers, remotes, faucets, etc.) witll be cleaned and disinfected. All linens and towels will be laundered after each guest turnover.
